Working as a knowledge base supervisor for two funded projects. Leading the development of an innovative portal/app designed to capture, collate, and report Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics for small firms, eliminating the need for costly enterprise-scale software. As an academic specialist, I support and direct innovation consultants for development, maintenance, and scaling of backend infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with key ESG frameworks such as the UK Sustainability Reporting Standard (UKSRS). Deliverables include optimized data handling and data pipelines to ensure accurate ESG data validation, enabling businesses to track their sustainability metrics effectively. For another, UKRI-funded project, I manage the creation, optimization, and scaling of solutions focused on leveraging Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) to recognize and generate code snippets that identify code smells. Voluntarily providing interactive research feedback sessions for postgraduate and PhD candidates, offering critical insights, guidance for methodological improvements, and support refinement of research objectives, promoting a supportive environment for advanced academic growth.
