Benefits: Manage annual, new hire, and life event Open Enrollment for all Team Members. Oversee plan design with assistance from VP of P&C and Benefit Brokers. Maintain and update benefits summary; answer general benefit questions from team members. Manage COBRA process to ensure info is provided to new and terminated team members; ensure Paylocity is correctly feeding over data. Manage vendor invoices; ensure accuracy and timely processing. Update payroll spreadsheet for HSA and 401k contributions changes. Oversee compliance testing/ERISA compliance. Ensure that SPDs and POP docs are up-to-date and available to all team members. Maximize wellness benefits by educating team members. Communicate 401k and HSA changes and updates to team members. HRIS/Payroll: Process payroll on a semi-monthly basis; which includes tracking all changes that affect pay, gathering data, and reviewing payroll. Submit all talent review changes into Paylocity for approval and ensure all talent review changes are approved. Pull all payroll reports for accounting to process reconciliations. Place team members on leave during FMLA, STD, or LTD. Establish and research new state and local taxes as needed for payroll in new states. Review annual W2s and 1095-C documents to ensure accuracy. Recruitment/Onboarding: Screen candidates, administer applicable tests and assessments, and coordinate interviews. Review new hire paperwork with employee to ensure they understand and complete all forms; ensure all onboarding information is collected and filed accurately. Conduct 30/60/90/Qtrly check ins with New Hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Compensation Analysis: Provide market analysis on current compensation trends in similar workforce. Oversee talent review process, ensuring that all market data is provided to manager. Link Paylocity tools with Talent Review in order to make the process more streamlined. Work on compensation structure in order to create pay bands.
