It isn’t. It’s about making sure what leadership means is what people actually understand, carry forward, and act on.Across mergers, platform changes, product shifts, and organizational resets, I help teams find the one story that holds. Then I turn that into language leaders can use in real conversations, not just on slides.That work typically shows up in three ways:• Defining the message architecture behind a major change• Translating strategy into executive-ready narratives and talk tracks• Building the messaging systems that keep communication consistent as it scalesThe environments are complex. The timelines are tight. And most of the work is confidential.If a message has been explained three times and people are still interpreting it differently, that’s usually when I get the call.
