Currently working as an engineer in L3Harris\' Engineering Leadership Development Rotational Program, with first rotation being in the Space Systems Integration and Test Group in Rochester, New York, and second rotation (current) in a remote Project Engineering role at the segment-level for Aerojet Rocketdyne.Skilled in leading teams, managing risks and requirements, designing concepts of operation, and developing space mission lifecycle schedules. Has also gained experience with hardware mechanical design via Siemens NX 3D-modeling, radar system ground and flight-test processes, writing space systems test and verification plans, radiometric calibration, proposal development, and lean projects.Interested in human spaceflight, commercial and private space industry development, and supporting women and other under-represented minorities in engineering and the aerospace industry.
