My philosophy is:\"Do it once, but do it right\"I am a Principal-level Full Stack and Backend Engineer with deep experience designing, modernizing, and operating large-scale, business-critical systems across fintech, healthcare, and retail domains. My career has been shaped by solving complex, high-impact problems in regulated environments, where architectural decisions must balance scalability, compliance, performance, and long-term adaptability.A core part of my role has been technical leadership at scale: guiding architectural direction, mentoring senior engineers, and setting engineering standards through code reviews, design discussions, and documentation. I work closely with product managers, compliance teams, and DevOps partners to align technical strategy with business objectives, ensuring teams can move quickly without compromising stability or trust.Earlier in my career, I worked at Amazon in customer support and fraud prevention, an experience that deeply influenced my engineering philosophy. Ranking in the top tier for customer satisfaction and helping identify large-scale abuse reinforced the importance of accuracy, accountability, and user trust — principles I carry into every system I design.Outside of my professional work, I’m an active volunteer with \"The Art of Living\". This involvement has strengthened my belief that effective leadership requires clarity, empathy, and resilience. I strive to foster teams that are calm under pressure, thoughtful in decision-making, and grounded in purpose.I’m most energized by roles where I can operate as a force multiplier — shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, and guiding organizations through complex technical evolution.
