   Own the canonical shared location record used across the app, balancing timeliness and accuracy with strict battery, GPS, CPU, and device constraints while supporting four product organizations dependent on location outputs at 100M MAU scale.Established mobile observability for core health metrics, replacing manual oversight with automated instrumentation, dashboards, and alerting and reducing incident detection and resolution time by approximately 80 percent.Redesigned incident governance and accountability, instituting 24 hour reporting and investigation SLAs, two week completion targets, and component owner accountability; serve on the Incident Review Board to raise postmortem quality and systemic follow through.Scaled feature management to company level, diagnosing architectural limits in the in house system, leading build vs buy analysis and proof of concept evaluations, selecting LaunchDarkly, and directing the mobile migration to enable safe experimentation at scale.Lead and develop 14 mobile engineers, hiring five in six months, supporting five promotions, managing performance improvement when necessary, and maintaining retention through organizational change.
