Meghna Tetambe is a result-oriented, inquisitive, and ambitious individual who is passionate about solving complex business problems through a creative and divergent approach. Meghna is a second-year MBA candidate at Simon Business School (University of Rochester) double-concentrating in Strategy Consulting and Pricing, with minors in Leadership and Marketing. At Simon Business School, she was awarded the Forté Fellowship which recognizes exemplary leadership, diverse backgrounds, and a commitment to advancing women in business and beyond. Before business school, Meghna graduated Cum Laude (honors) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with double minors in Business and Sociology in three years. Meghna leads by example, is a creative problem solver, and quickly adapts to ever-changing environments in academic and professional settings. During the summer of 2024, Meghna was an MBA Investment Strategy Consulting Summer Intern on the Endowments & Foundations (E&F) Team at NEPC, LLC. Meghna played a key role in deploying Backstop, a new CRM platform, enhancing efficiencies and client relationships for asset portfolio management. Meghna created a consultant discovery questionnaire, conducted consultant interviews to gather input, and led cross-functional meetings to optimize user experience. Additionally, she analyzed client investment portfolios for risk assessment and mitigation, focusing on reducing costs, improving risk-return trade-offs, and boosting portfolio performance for clients such as UBS, Girl Scouts of the USA, and Marriott International. Meghna also had the opportunity to shadow Senior Investment Managers, conduct financial forecasting, and analyze various investment topics to determine the best strategies for portfolio performance. Outside of her academic and professional ambitions, you can find Meghna on the tennis court, as she is a competitive tennis player and has competed in local, state, and collegiate-level tournaments.
