Created an Alternate & Multi-Bureau Strategy which resulted in a cost reduction of ~13 lakhs yearly savings at current disbursed volumes using a multi-bureau mechanism maintaining the same level of credit risk.• Built a funnel of Experian based rejection rules for Refinance business using bureau scrub to improve the quality of approvals resulting in an improvement in leads coverage up to ~70%, overall funnel improvement of 10% with rejects reduced by 20% and guaranteed cohorts (High chance of login and approval) having 2.5x better conversion rates since implementation• Developed risk models on alternate data using banking and bureau SMS to unlock cohorts with low risk leading to an increment in monthly disbursal amount of 3.5 Cr.• Built the Pre-Qualified/Pre-Approval framework for the PL Campaign to refine the approved base, ensuring the go-live of pre-approved model API and resolved failures and mismatches with DevOps• Demonstrated strong ownership across various risk models, behaviour models, and pre-approved models, effectively addressing business queries, ensuing timely production of APIs, reconciling mismatches and increasing the overall system reliability
