ABOUT MEGHNA SAPRA
The 5 words which I think would define me the best are - Entrepreneur, Listener, Innovator, Agile, Student.I am a third year PhD student at IIS University, Jaipur in India. My research interests include (but are not limited to) matching modern techniques like machine learning and analytics with HR. I believe that my background of design and HR fit together very well because it gives me the freedom to think from a different perspective, and not be confined to the set rules. I hope to delve into developing a system for the investigation of organizational behaviours, employee performance and similar, and be able to quantify it all by attempting to approximate academia and industry. All this research has also helped me shape my role as a management consultant to organisations wanting to transform their work practices. In the last year, I have gained an insight in not just HR, but Finance, Sales and most importantly, Public Relations; representing organisations at a national and an international level.
