Thanks for visiting my profile.I am passionate about the intersection of technology, business, and operations execution, drawing on my background in AI and data at Deloitte and my recent hands-on experience managing large-scale service operations initiatives at Tesla.My work has spanned from developing data-driven solutions at Deloitte in Technology Consulting to improve business decision-making and efficiency, to streamlining Tesla’s service operations, optimizing vehicle diagnostics, improving workflows, and cutting service time while boosting customer satisfaction. I thrive in cross-functional environments, enjoy creating structure in ambiguity, and love bringing ideas to life, especially when they make operations faster, smarter, scalable, and more human-centered.Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Engineering Management at Dartmouth, a collaborative program taught by faculty from the Thayer School of Engineering and the Tuck School of Business.Outside of work, I have organized more than 25 tech and non-tech events, led my undergraduate music club with over 100 members, and still debate passionately about which sitcom has the best writing (it is probably not what you think).
