As a Business Systems Analyst with hands on experience in the data world, I have had the opportunity to work across a diverse range of platforms and technologies, including Dynamics 365, Nintex, SharePoint, and O365 applications. My expertise lies in automating complex processes and breaking down technical requirements for non-technical audiences, ensuring smooth communication and project execution. During my Master’s in data science @ UMBC, I secured three internships, where I worked on big data and machine learning projects, two of which were in manufacturing environments. At BAC, I’ve been focused on streamlining manual workflows using Nintex Automation Cloud, developing insightful Power BI dashboards, and collaborating with global teams to drive efficiency and innovation. I bring a strong track record of automating business processes and delivering end-to-end solutions tailored to business needs. As a Business Control Intern at Volvo, I specialized in automating manual tasks, building cost deployments, budgeting, writing queries, working with S/4HANA, and building dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.In my current role at BAC, I continue to leverage my technical expertise to automate manual entries using O365 applications, particularly in SharePoint, while managing development-related activities.
