I am learning one step at a time, gaining practical insights into how effective HR practices play a vital role in shaping an organization’s culture and success.In addition to the core HR functions, I’ve also had the chance to be involved in market research and competitor analysis, understanding how market trends impact recruitment and HR strategies. This has helped me develop a broader view of the HR field and its connection with business operations.Although I’ve learned a great deal in a short amount of time, there is still so much more to explore.
