About Megharaj S
I am a PCB CAM Engineer with hands-on experience in PCB manufacturing data preparation and solder paste stencil engineering for SMT assembly. My work includes Gerber and drill data analysis, DFM checks, panelization support, and detailed stencil data preparation to ensure smooth, defect-free assembly.I have strong exposure to PCB stencil design, including top/bottom paste layer creation, aperture sizing and modification, fine-pitch component support, thickness considerations, fiducials, paste coverage optimization, and alignment with assembly requirements. I work closely with PCB layouts and manufacturing constraints to reduce solder defects such as bridging, insufficient paste, and tombstoning.I am currently learning PCB designing and embedded systems, focusing on understanding design intent, manufacturability, and how schematic and layout decisions impact fabrication and assembly. This learning complements my CAM background and helps me communicate effectively between design and manufacturing teams.
