   Meghan Stiklestad manages a department of about 30 marketing and communications professionals who work out of Mead & Hunt offices across the country. She provides leadership, guidance and quality control for a variety of business development and marketing activities.\\\\n\\\\nShe leads and coordinates business development efforts, helps to maintain key client and partnering relationships, and is active in supporting new project wins and/or client acquisition.\\\\n\\\\nMeghan supports corporate efforts to identify potential new markets and service lines. She coordinates with market leaders to develop cohesive marketing strategies supported by research of existing and potential markets that assesses strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.\\\\n\\\\nShe assists with the development of Mead & Hunt\'s strategic plan, business plan, and Business Unit marketing plans. She works with leaders and marketing staff to establish goals and identify activities necessary to achieve objectives including schedule and budget.\\\\n\\\\nMeghan monitors and provide quality control for opportunity pursuits and proposal development, and she participate in key client project interviews.\\\\n\\\\nShe supports market leaders by attending current and potential client meetings to stay apprised of their needs, learn about their business, and to explain what services Mead & Hunt can provide to them. She helps to develop and maintain relationships with potential and current teaming partners. And leads to effort to create and manage client surveys including follow-up action items.\\\\n\\\\nMeghan leads corporate marketing efforts including setting corporate brand, development of collateral materials, digital marketing (e-newsletters, blogs, online marketing), media relations, advertising, website, social media.\\\\n\\\\nMeghan joined Mead & Hunt in 2013 as a Senior Marketing Coordinator for the Federal and State Government Facilities Business Unit. In 2014, she accepted a promotion to Director of Marketing and Communication for Mead & Hunt.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
