About Meghan Parisi

I have been an employee of Foundry, formerly IDG Communications, since March 2009 and have grown from an Account Coordinator assisting sales representatives, to the Head of Global Sales Enablement managing a team across the globe.In my current role at Foundry, I manage a team responsible for educating and training the sales teams on our programs, solutions and platforms that span across B2B and B2C. I work closely with sales leaders, marketing, and operations to bridge gaps beteen pre-sale and post-sale. In 2021, I helped lead the implementation of Foundry\'s first Global Sales Enablement platform, Seismic, which required adoption of approximately 200 sales people worldwide and spans 9 countries. I am currently implementing a Learning Management System (LMS), which will help scale and measure onboarding and trainings more efficiently.

This is the end-to-end engagement of this revenue line, from working across the commercial organization consulting on commercial initiatives and ensuring that all orders are delivered on time to budget. Responsible for all lead delivery, meeting clients KPIs and goals and progressing our products and services to meet our strategic goals.
