As a recruiter with over 13 years of experience, I have a track record of finding and connecting talented people to their best fit. I have successfully recruited for various roles and industries, such as manufacturing, tech, financial services, media, management consulting, CPG and retail.I currently support several areas of the business at GE Appliances, as a contractor. I am the point of contact for both internal and external searches for the Digital Technology team and the Sourcing team, Air and Water Sales, Legal, and I am one of the recruiters also supporting our overall Commercial business. I recruit candidates at all levels in the organization including senior leadership and hourly employees. Previously, I worked as a senior recruiter at LinkedIn, where I supported the Sales Analytics teams and created strategic plans for sourcing and recruiting talent. I also advised hiring teams on a skills first process, guiding them on assessment tools and inclusive interview practices. Additionally, I was an initiative lead for the GTM Ops DIBS Council, where I developed communication content and maintained reporting for measurements.
