I have successfully launched 2 cohorts of Advancing Macomb\'s Nonprofit Accelerator, one in Winter 2025 and one in Fall 2025. I am responsible for the entire experience, tailored to Nonprofit leaders across Macomb County. Our vetting process is deeply rigorous. Each cohort consists of up to 10 organizations and takes 3-4 months to complete. I do a midpoint evaluation and a final evaluation to ensure we\'re continuously improving the experience for participants. In June 2025, I also took on the organizing and hosting of our Advancing Macomb Nonprofit Roundtable Series. These are twice-monthly public-facing, free workshops for nonprofit leaders to gain new insights, network, share knowledge, and meet funders across Macomb County, Michigan.
