I have been with Perlo since 2014, transitioning to Director of Human Resources in 2020. My work include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment and retention strategies, enhancing employee engagement and performance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards. I leverage my background in PR and Marketing frequently to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, promote Perlo\'s brand and culture, and support new business development.
