Providing equitability across all sports and activities. Developing and implementing an annual budget for the athletics program. Continuing education classes to improve knowledge and to remain relevant in the sports world. Communicate effectively with coaches, student-athletes and administration, both written and verbally. Assist in creating a pipeline of athletes from the lower school to the high school with shadow days and school visits. Developing important and lasting relationship with the student-athletes. Assisting our student population in learning more about available activities within our program and encouraging them to try new opportunities. Working with the administration and counseling office to assist student-athletes in college-bound opportunities.Establishing systems for uniform distribution, ordering and inventory. Working with vendors to make sure our student-athletes have the equipment they need to be successful. Establishing protocols for coaches reviews and feedback.
