Philanthropic Leader, Visionary Innovator with more than 20 years of drive, energy and passion with ultimate accountability in guiding organizational mission, collaborating with stakeholders, increasing revenue and maximizing program impact.What I Do: I serve as President & CEO of Philanthropy Ohio where we activate our foundation members to create vibrant communities where everyone can participate and reach their full potential.My Career Background: Most recently I served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Impact at CFLeads, a national organization that works with community foundations to build their skills in community leadership. Previously, I served as Vice President, Civic Advancement at Greater Cincinnati Foundation where I built cross-sector partnerships, marshalled national resources and advocated for policy change to achieve progress on our community\'s most pressing issues. During my tenure as Executive Director for the Women\'s Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, we released 13 research reports and briefs and helped achieve passage of key legislation that affects pay equity. We became a leading voice on women’s economic self-sufficiency, developed the Employer Toolkit, as well as the Appointed initiative to get more women appointed to civic boards and commissions. My work history includes fundraising, marketing, strategic planning, community leadership and grantmaking. How I Drive Results: I work with partners across the country and across the political spectrum to promote growth and progress on the issues that hold us back from realizing our full potential. I thrive on moving people to action through data and storytelling.How I Contribute to the Community: I serve on the advisory boards for GreenLight Fund and Leadership Council for Nonprofits. Previously, I served as President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Greater Cincinnati Chapter. I am a frequent speaker and panelist. I hold an MBA from Xavier University and held a CFRE (Certified Fundraising Executive) designation from 20••••24.
