   Work alongside Owner, Gadi Peleg, and Chief Executive Officer, Yonatan Floman, as a stakeholder for the people that comprise Breads Bakery\'s community- our team, guests and city. • Maintain organization\'s staff for all Breads Bakery locations and related entities by establishing and developing recruitment procedures and systems, counseling management on candidate selection as needed, facilitating interviews for all levels and positions, administrating new hire onboarding and developing healthy relationships with our people in order to operate in service to them. • Expand training and development programs to encourage internal advancement, refine the monitoring and appraisal of employee performance, and empower our people to find their version of success within our organization and beyond. • Spearhead Bread Bakery\'s hospitality and culture development efforts- collaborating with stakeholders to establish company mission, vision and service statements. • Ensure compliance for federal and state requirements including but not limited to applications and renewals for all entity permits, management of organization\'s insurance policies and applicable postings, creation and implementation of health and safety programs, implementation of mandated annual trainings, facilitation of all inspections with the DOH, DOL and DOB, and roll out of any and all regulation updates in which our organization is bound to. • Maintain and develop employee benefits programs- recommending benefit programs to stakeholders based on market trends and the dynamic needs of our team, processing disability and family leave claims and educating staff on benefit programs available to them. • Execute weekly payroll for 250+ employees and collaborate with the group\'s stakeholders to analyze labor, establish budgets and improve overall labor efficacy in service to the needs of our people and organization.
