About Meghan Connor
I grew up in the DMV area, surrounded by history and diverse opportunities, which inspired me to join the military and serve alongside individuals of exceptional honor and integrity. Attending the U.S. Naval Academy pushed me out of my comfort zone and taught me invaluable leadership skills while exposing me to diverse perspectives from around the world.Initially pursuing a path in medicine, I pivoted to aviation after finding a new passion during my journey. As a Navy pilot, I flew Search and Rescue helicopters and led maintenance and operations departments, where I developed leadership, operational planning, and problem-solving skills. Later, I transitioned to roles supporting the Navy’s evolving platforms, including drones and Littoral Combat Ships, honing my ability to adapt and thrive in complex environments. Currently, as a Technical Project Manager, I lead two software development teams creating projects in Bankruptcy risk. Beyond my career, I’m a marathon runner, having completed 19 races in five years, and a coach for Girls on the Run, where I share my love of running with young athletes. I’m also a mother to an active toddler, an avid outdoor enthusiast, and a novice vegetable gardener embracing the challenges of a new hobby.I bring perseverance, resilience, and a strong work ethic to every endeavor. I’m actively seeking opportunities in project management, program management, or operations management to apply my leadership and problem-solving expertise in new and impactful ways.

I drive cross-functional strategy and execution to bring a life-changing innovation to market—an artificial womb designed to improve outcomes for extremely premature infants. Reporting directly to the CEO, I lead high-impact transformation initiatives that align with our mission: to commercialize groundbreaking medical technology born out of years of research at the Children\'s Hospital of Philadelphia. My role blends business acumen with technical depth, enabling me to manage complex, regulated product development lifecycles across mechanical, electrical, and software systems. I lead program strategy, cross-team collaboration, budget planning, and risk management—ensuring that engineering, clinical, and regulatory milestones are met on time and to standard.
