ABOUT MEGHANAA KARNAKANTI

I am Meghanaa Karnakanti, a recent MBA graduate from MVSR College with a major in Finance and a minor in Human Resources. I have a solid foundation in Commerce, having completed my B.com in Taxation from Avinash College, and my academic journey reflects a consistent interest in Finance, HR, and Accounting. Throughout my studies, I engaged in hands-on projects that allowed me to develop practical skills essential for the corporate world. My MBA project involved a study of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices at Axis Bank and State Bank of India, where I applied data analysis, MS Excel, Tally ERP9, and PowerPoint to interpret and present CSR data. Additionally, my degree project focused on a comparative analysis of chocolate sales between Nestlé and Cadbury, giving me insights into trend analysis and market dynamics. Key Skills: Finance & Accounting: Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, and accounting. Human Resources: Understanding of recruitment processes, HR policies, and employee relations. Computer Skills: Advanced in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access), Tally ERP9. Sports Achievement: During my schooling at Nagarjuna, I actively participated in Softball at the district level and was honored as the runner-up Career Aspirations: I am actively seeking an entry-level position in Finance, HR, or Accounting where I can leverage my analytical abilities, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for continuous learning. I am excited to contribute to an organization that values growth, collaboration, and innovation, and I am ready to bring my fresh perspective and eagerness to make a meaningful impact.
