Skilled EHS manager, with vast experience in EHS operations and construction at Fortune companies, in both India and overseas. Sector diversity in EHS at datacenter, pharmaceuticals, HVAC, semiconductor and engine manufacturing firms. Meghana is certified by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, and will soon obtain certification in Sustainability Leadership and Corporate Responsibility from London Business School. She currently manages Environment Health and Safety at CtrlS Datacenters in Hyderabad, both operations and constructions of a Tier-4 facility. Her opportunity with CtrlS came in after a short stint at Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories,as EHS program manager for their CTO business unit. Prior to returning back home to India,Meghana has successfully managed EHS programs at NXP Semiconductors in Texas,USA. Her primary focus was EHS risk management,statutory and regulatory compliance, EHS strategic management and business continuity at their Oak Hill facility. Other global EHS experiences include include Lennox International and Cummins Inc, both in Environment Health and Safety Management. She is a true believer in growth and knowledge sharing. She holds a Masters in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University, Alabama, specialized in Safety and Ergonomics and Bachelors in Automobile Engineering. When not at work, she loves to watch tennis, baking keto and low carbohydrate eats. She’s an explorer with a growth mindset. She’s a dog lover, seeks adventure and strongly believes in herself.
