My career has a pattern to it because of my EQ and passion for translating between teams that don\'t speak each others\' language.I earned my Master\'s in Business Analytics from Arizona State University but that\'s one of many experiential learning stints I\'ve had at ASU! As a very driven individual, I worked on multiple supply chain research projects with companies like PetSmart, Latham Industries, & Clarkston Consulting via ASU. These enriched me with skills in inventory analysis, process flow optimization, supply chain data tools, & sustainability.Before my ASU adventures, I gained 3+ years of digital marketing, data analytics, & cross-collaborative leadership experience for Dream a Dozen, an online bakery that serves retail and corporate clients across Asia. We helped them find the best quality customized products to celebrate and conduct employee engagement activities. I also developed community marketing for the brand, led wide market & competitor research, and nurtured national & global corporate relationships.I passionately carry my story in my pocket everyday, and absolutely love pulling little anecdotes out as icebreakers! Howard Schultz\'s books on Starbucks helped me build my previous company, and they\'re my favorite business reads of all time. What about you?
