I am a passionate HR professional, with over 20 years of experience, having donned multiple hats like Lead HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Retentions, HR Strategies, Policies and process formulations, Learning & Development, Operational Budgets, Compensation & Benefits, Grievance handling to Statutory Compliance. Being an ardent learner, I hold two certifications from XLRI, a Certified Professional in HRM and Strategic Performance Management and aiming at strengthening myself further in Organizational Development. Having spent more than a decade with Gera, my risk appetite has been growing with every passing year as I have been fortunate to have a platter full of opportunities, applying my learnings and being a part of solutions all the while. It feels awesome. Being a good listener, I have been a key contributor to the Employee Engagement space.
