Data is an amazing element of any kind of business.Analysing the data collected is another very important part of any organisation -1. To improve its customer base2. To understand what customer wants3. To make more revenue/profitData and Analytics is one deadly combination that can make wonders if tied together correctly. I am amazed by the power of analytics in my recent experience with a leading client.For instance, if the analytics data says “30 out of 100 customers don’t sign in to buy a product on an e-commerce company” which is 30% of traffic, the company will introduce “sign in as a guest” option. At the same time if the data statistics is “3 out of 100 customers don’t sign in before buying a product”, the company would probably ignore those 3%. All of these decisions are made from their analytics data. I feel fascinated to be part of such an analytics team helping in bringing right & accurate data to business, aiding in taking the right decisions.In short I am working as a digital data analyst Earlier in my career I was a business intelligence developer. I am well versed with T-SQL, Microsoft BI tools like SSIS, SSRS, SSAS. Also I am thorough with data warehousing concepts, experience in designing and implementation of DW models. Also got some work experience in Power BI reporting & visualisation.My personal mantra - Life is a challenge, accept it and move on with positivity!
