ABOUT MEGHANA PANDEY

I am a Quality Engineering Transformation Leader with nearly 15 years of experience shaping global quality strategies, driving engineering transformation, and scaling high-performing teams. I specialise in test automation (BDD Cucumber, Selenium, TestNG, Java), CI/CD implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and building resilient delivery pipelines that enhance test coverage, reduce defects, and accelerate release cycles. My leadership experience spans teams of 250+ engineers across enterprise-wide initiatives, with a strong focus on innovation, productivity, and risk-aware delivery aligned with strategic business objectives.Alongside my career in technology, I am the Founder & Director of Mind and Soul Haven, an NGO dedicated to mental health awareness and gender rights advocacy. I lead initiatives in peer support, suicide prevention training, and inclusive community programs that foster resilience and empathy. In my gender rights advocacy, I actively work on demanding change for safer workplaces, including conducting POSH survey questionnaires to expose unheard, unsolved, and dismissed cases of sexual harassment. My efforts are centred on driving accountability, amplifying voices, and helping organisations build cultures rooted in respect and equity.I bring the same values of empathy, inclusivity, and resilience into both my engineering leadership and social impact work—bridging the worlds of technology and human well-being to create lasting value for organisations and communities.
