Part of the Solutions Marketing and Enablement team. My role is responsible for creating, maintaining, socializing, and enabling the company\'s solutions framework. The solutions framework provides guidance internally and externally for ServiceNow around branding, messaging, packaging, solution offerings, and solution impact for customers. My role is cross-functional and works as a liaison for all marketing activities and how it relates back to the solutions framework. I also assist in creating major platform quarterly launch materials and sales enablement training around enhancements and new features that come with each Now Platform product launch.
