Bush CVN77 as an Aviation Boatswain\'s Mate Aircraft Handler for various aircraft platforms from 20••••19. I completed two combat deployments to the Arabian Peninsula in 2014 and 2017. From there, I went to further my skill sets becoming a producing Recruiter for the Central Valley District in California.

   Key Accomplishments: • Hired on the first week of May to assist with staffing the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) requisitions starting off with the Paint Department and Interior Department. By August I took complete control over all of MRO Recruiting to include, recruiting for all Aviation maintenance related positions with 145 and 135 operations. • Played a major role in establishing and building the Talent Acquisition Team for flyExclusive alongside the Vice President of Human Resources and the Recruitment Manager by creating daily standard operating procedures for the recruiters, train and guide new and existing recruiters, travel national to various NBAA (National Business Aviation Association events, Aviation Institute of Maintenance facilities, other career events to create and maintain client relationships for the company spreading awareness. • Authored the Aviation Corporate Recruiter SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), Internal Employee Transfer SOP, and the Internal Employee Transfer, non-safety sensitive to safety sensitive SOP, complying with HR Policies and legal requirements.
