I am a strategic human resources leader with a proven track record in talent strategy, organizational development, and people-centric business growth. I currently serve as Vice President of Human Resources at MoLo Solutions, an ArcBest Truckload Service, where I lead the execution of HR strategies that support organizational performance, enhance workplace culture, and attract and retain top talent in the competitive logistics and supply chain sector.Prior to my current role, I advanced through several key talent leadership positions at MoLo Solutions, including Vice President of Talent and Director of Talent. In these roles, I was instrumental in shaping comprehensive recruitment and employee development programs aligned with the company mission and strategic goals. This work strengthened the talent pipeline and reinforced a values-driven culture.Before joining MoLo Solutions, I spent nearly a decade building my expertise in talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness at Coyote Logistics, where I held leadership roles focused on talent acquisition strategy and recruitment operations. This foundational experience equipped me with deep insights into scaling people solutions in fast-paced environments.My leadership is grounded in a commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces, developing high-impact HR programs, and partnering cross-functionally to drive business results. I hold a degree from Miami University and am based in Chicago, Illinois. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and practicing yoga, which supports balance, focus, and mindfulness in both my personal and professional life.
