I was promoted to project lead for CDRILS and led >$25M Truth In Negotiations Act (TINA) compliant proposal pricing effort and technical volume from RFI stage to contract signing. In this role, I lead CDRILS technology pursuits by pitching the technology to potential customers, writing technical white papers, and pricing out programs. I work closely with the product development director in formulating the technical roadmap and business case for the technology. I work closely with the human space business development in identifying and progressing new pursuits. I priced, proposed and won on a research opportunity with the NASA Space Suit & Crew Survival Systems Branch to fund the exploration of a variation of CDRLS for the Mars Exploration Extravehicular Mobility Unit (mxEMU) application. I proposed a plan to build a new laboratory and specialized test equipment for CDRILS to key Honeywell stakeholders up to Aero President level and received $3.6M in capital funds to execute. I proposed a plan to mitigate technology risks and protect Honeywell IP to key Honeywell stakeholders up to Aero President level and received $2M in RDE funds to execute.
