SCOPE: Following the acquisition of ASR Analytics by GCOM (eventually Voyatek), I continued to direct the development, design, testing, release, and continuing improvement of the innovative RevHub solutions for the tax and revenue industry. I supervise a multi-site team of several dozen software developers, engineers, QA specialists, DevOps personnel, UI/UX testers, and analysts in an Agile environment. I guide full product cycles from startup through release and create the strategic vision, roadmaps, and deliverables. KEY RESULTS:• Increased capabilities to include fraud detection, audit lead generation, collections optimization, and all other facets of tax program administration.• Enabled millions of dollars in added online, out-of-state sales tax revenue for states using RevHub.• Played a major role in winning GCOM\'s largest state department of revenue contract (~$80M). Completed the first release ahead of schedule.• Drove a major increase in state revenues with RevHub solutions• Delivered solutions that led to contract wins with the Missouri Dept. of Revenue, New Jersey Division of Taxation, Nebraska Dept. of Revenue, Maryland Comptroller, Florida Dept. of Revenue, and California Franchise Tax Board. SELECTED PROJECTS:• Improved capabilities, lowered costs, and enabled new business wins by evolving the original on-premise service-based solution into a highly robust SaaS/IaaS-based model. • Spearheaded the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into the RevHub Tax Policy Module to leverage large language models (LLMs) and produce clear impact summaries from simulated policy scenarios.
