About Meghan Newton

When I was asked why I wanted to join the PMO, my response was “this is just how my brain works.” I am hardwired to be a project manager, and I love it. Whether it\'s managing monthly invoicing or a full plate of projects, I keep things organized, stay collaborative, and most importantly—keep a sense of humor. My background gives me an eye for the details while never taking my focus off the big picture. I find joy in moving obstacles out of my team’s way to make big and small ideas come to life. A clean timeline, an estimate with airtight assumptions, and an efficient stand-up bring me peace. As a leader, I’m empathetic and know when to be flexible with processes, but I also know when to stand firm to get the job done right. When I’m not managing the project management triangle, you can likely find me running, reading, or on a search for my next sweet treat.
