ABOUT MEGHAN NEWMAN

I was taught, from a young age, to always leave things better than I found them. I\'ve carried this mandate forward throughout my life. It\'s no surprise that cultivating excellent customer experiences came naturally to me. After a successful career in customer experience strategy, design, and management, I pivoted to dedicated roles in the learning and development space.Marrying my extensive CX experience, instructional design expertise, and backgrounds in HR and psychology gives me an edge when it comes to cultivating truly exceptional learning experiences that are relatable, enjoyable, and memorable. Whether by finding creative ways to make asynchronous compliance training fun, bring my energetic personality to workshops and tactical training sessions, or establishing close-knit communities of practice around shared objectives, my intention is always to leave people feeling valued, inspired, and prepared to take on their next challenge.I am passionate about my community and have been fortunate enough to engage, at a board level, with many non-profit organizations that support people, from all walks of life, in achieving their potential.There is value beyond measure in treating all people exceptionally well, building meaningful relationships, and constantly striving to exceed expectations. I take a great deal of pride in the work that I do and find immense personal satisfaction in contributing to the growth of the people and organizations I serve.
