As Director of Research & Market Insights at Partnology, I conduct biotech market research and connect with biotech executives across CA in order to help early-stage biotech companies build top-notch leadership teams. I execute on searches for our clients as well as create market reports about biotech industry trends, the current investment landscape, up and coming early-stage companies, and more. My goal is to stay at the forefront of the industry we\'re serving so we can help our clients drive growth and innovation within the biotech industry.Previously, I spent six years as a Technical Recruiter at CyberCoders, where I specialized in placing software, electrical, and mechanical engineering candidates across various industries. I qualified for President’s Club three years in a row, reached $2.3 million in lifetime billing, and maintained strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Biola University Crowell School of Business, with a focus on International Business. I have a passion for learning about different cultures and markets; I have traveled to over 18 countries, including South Africa, Jordan, India and China.
