The practice specializes in a range of therapeutic areas and recognizes the important role that religion and spirituality can play in daily life. This perspective allows me to integrate my own spiritual orientation—deeply connected to nature and practices such as mindfulness meditation and yoga—into trauma-informed work with clients.My roles & responsibilities Include: • As a trauma-informed therapist, implement EMDR to help clients reprocess trauma so they may address mindsets, behaviors, or emotions that are holding them back from achieving their potential. • Conduct diagnostic assessments to diagnose psychological disorders using evidence-based practices and consultations.• Formulate and create personalized interventions, treatments, and management plans for clients• Develop treatment plans and set therapeutic goals with clients• Provide psychotherapy by utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches via telehealth• Foster a supportive and non-judgmental counseling environment to promote a positive therapeutic relationship with clients• Provide crisis intervention as needed• Maintain complete, accurate, and current records of all clinical services rendered, includes initial evaluations, progress notes, summary notes and all other necessary documentation• Maintain confidentiality for all client records• Provide individuals with resources needed to help the client achieve personal and theraputic goals• Measure the effectiveness of interventions and implement changes where required• Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of mental health and continue professional development• Engage in weekly supervision with an open mind.
