My current work includes serving as an embedded leader with Ocean Conservancy through June 2026 and advising clients such as Regenerative California and Global Fund for Women.My career includes leadership roles at United Way Bay Area, Save The Bay, NARAL Pro-Choice America (now Reproductive Freedom for All), and PAI – Champions of Global Reproductive Rights. Before launching M Ventures Consulting, I served as Chief Development Officer at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, where I reported directly to the CEO, sat on the Leadership Team, and led the organization’s fundraising response through the COVID-19 pandemic and the overturning of Roe v. Wade.What sets me apart is the perspective I bring from both sides of the table: two decades of hands-on nonprofit leadership paired with the lens of a philanthropic advisor. I understand the challenges CEOs, boards, and fundraising professionals face because I’ve been in their shoes, and I know how to bridge the gap between vision and execution.Today, I partner with nonprofit leaders to strengthen donor engagement and fundraising programs, and with philanthropists who want to give with clarity and confidence.
