I lead with heart, purpose, and a deep belief in the potential of people. My roots run deep in Kansas, where I help to steward my family’s Century Farm — a legacy my grandfather entrusted to me and one that shaped my understanding of responsibility, resilience, and community. That grounding has guided me through 25 years in agriculture, sustainability, and responsible sourcing, but the common thread in all my work has always been people.My CliftonStrengths — Empathy, Woo, Individualization, Developer, and Belief — shape every space I enter.
