I’m an operations support and training leader with nearly two decades of experience in the quick service restaurant industry. My career began as a restaurant cashier, and that hands-on start shaped the foundation of my leadership approach—grounded in empathy, efficiency, and a deep understanding of day-to-day restaurant operations. Today, as Vice President of Training & Operations Support at Del Taco, I lead initiatives that drive profitability, streamline processes, and strengthens our culture of performance and accountability across our system. I’m passionate about building strategies and training programs that empower teams, elevate brand standards, and create meaningful impact for both franchise and corporate operations. At my core, I believe in people-first leadership and operational excellence, because when we invest in our teams, great guest experiences and sustainable business results naturally follow.
