Responsible for forecasting over 3 billion available sales pounds annually across four processing plants. Maintaining up to date carcass yields, bird distributions, and mix capabilities to assist sales in selling the most profitable mix out of each location. Frequent coordination with transportation, purchasing, live operations, and processing operations to maintain high level of TQS for all internal and external customers. Oversees a group of five salaried Sales & Production Planning Coordinators.
