About Meghan Grassi
I am a graduate from the University of Nevada Reno, I majored in Psychology and minored in Human Development and Family Studies. I\'m now focusing my attention on becoming a successful SDR. I have extensive experience coordinating activities for at risk individuals in a variety of environments and have led training opportunities for fellow co-workers and families. My experience is greatly influenced by the families and children within social services. I have worked one on one with children in therapeutic foster home settings, as well as managed group homes and fostered several therapeutic level children all while working towards reunification or adoption. I am a self-starter, always striving to further my knowledge through experiences exhibiting growth-mindset. I am an active listener with exceptional customer service and communication skills.I budget time restraints and deadlines efficiently by setting attainable goals and working with fellow co-workers. I was born and raised in Reno, NV moved to Washington State for two years and now live in Utah with my growing family. I am an amateur photographer who loves taking photos of the outdoors and always trying new things.
