As a full lifecycle recruiter with a focus on Executive and Individual Contributor level IT, Digital, Creative, and financial professionals for AT & T and DirecTV, I have honed my skills in the recruitment process. I work closely with hiring managers to identify the must-have skills for their open requisitions and act as the primary point of contact for both candidates and business partners throughout the interview process. I pride myself on providing timely and customer-focused service to both internal and external constituents. My responsibilities also include posting open requisitions across multiple job boards, free job boards from personal research, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, 3rd party approved suppliers, referrals, passive candidates, etc, and creating strong working relationships with candidates through e-mail and phone screens, ensuring that the interview and hiring process is enjoyable. In addition, I have also taken on the role of mentoring and training new hire and mid-level recruiters within all areas of the full life cycle recruitment process. With my experience and knowledge, I am confident in my ability to drive success in recruitment and build strong relationships with candidates and business partners alike.
