   As AFIA’s Director of Membership & Engagement, I lead strategies that strengthen member value, retention and growth across all sectors of the U.S. animal food industry. I serve as the primary connection between AFIA and our diverse membership, ensuring programs, services and communications reflect their evolving needs.I oversee recruitment and retention, track engagement metrics to guide improvements, and cultivate partnerships that advance AFIA’s mission. I also support high-impact events and initiatives that provide members with opportunities for networking, education and advocacy. By working closely with AFIA’s Legislative & Regulatory Affairs, Communications and Meetings teams, I help amplify the collective voice of our members and align engagement efforts with the association’s strategic goals.
