Growing up in a big construction family, I grew accustomed to being on job sites at a very early age. I can remember marveling in the magic of the start to finish aspect, and was always amazed at how everything came together to form masterpieces. My father\'s business, Geupel DeMars, built several well known commercial landmarks around the country, focusing primarily in and around Indianapolis - some examples are Circle Centre Mall, the Indianapolis Children\'s Museum, the Indianapolis Zoo, & the Indiana Historical Society. My mother\'s side of the family started Shiel Sexton, Inc. and quickly became a big hitter in the industry as well. Embodying what I have witnessed from those two businesses, doing things the right way with dignity and honesty, is the only way I know how.
