About Meghan Coy

I am a learning and development professional with experience designing curriculum, facilitating training, mentoring educators, and creating student-centered learning environments across K–12, online, and adult learning settings. My work has consistently centered on facilitation, mentorship, leadership development, and building learning communities across educational and adult-learning environments. Across classroom teaching, instructor training, and instructional design, I have consistently been drawn to roles that combine facilitation, mentorship, and program development. One of the most formative experiences in my career was leading instructor training and curriculum development for a multi-site wellness organization, where I designed learning systems, facilitated adult training programs, and mentored emerging instructors. I hold a master’s degree in Instructional Design & Learning Technology with a focus in adult learning, assessment, and instructional systems design. I am especially interested in opportunities related to student success, leadership development, learning facilitation, higher education, and community-centered programming.
