As a Sustainability Analyst, I benchmarks and prepare climate disclosures using ISSB standard and contributes to the preparation of reports, including the company’s annual sustainability report- As a Sustainability Analyst, I, conduct annual greenhouse gas accounting with GHG protocol alignment, collaborating and collecting data from other internal departments and utilizing web tools for data organization and calculation- As a Sustainability Analyst, I gather and analyze ESG data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement and build strategic partnership, utilizing waste data to set and track KPIs and diversion targets- As a Sustainability Analyst, I engage with raters and rankers including ISS, MSCI, and Sustainalytics, uploading and screening ESG data for integrity and technical accuracy and strategizing areas of opportunity for score improvements - As a Sustainability Analyst, I maintains industry awareness around greenhouse gas accounting methodologies, carbon reduction strategies, laws and regulations (CA SB 219, SEC, CSRD, EPR, etc.), reporting and frameworks (GHG Protocol, SASB, UNSDGs. etc.), broader ESG strategy, technologies, markets, and best practices- As a Sustainability Analyst, I produce internal procurement policies (ie Human Rights Policy through in-depth benchmarking of industry-peers, analysis of stakeholder perception and concern, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams from supply chain to cybersecurity- As a Sustainability Analyst, I manage the ESG data repository, working collaboratively across the company to gather sustainability and carbon data and communicate its importance to implement a coordinated sustainability plan, tailoring communications and translating complex information for non-experts
