Responsibilities include creating a client centric environment resulting in an exceptional experience for clients. Maintaining an intense focus on lobby engagement, educating clients on digital banking options, building an appointment culture and connecting clients with the best teammate to assist with their financial priorities. Ensuring teammates understand the company’s focus and strategy, including a One Team approach by involving onsite and centralized specialists to deliver on clients’ financial priorities and life events. Coach and manage associates to exceed metric expectations through the credible coaching model, performance plans and recognition. Plan and execute daily huddles, weekly team meetings and monthly partner connects, utilizing business review plans and documents to review successes and opportunities within the Financial Center. Develop and implement best practices to maintain operational excellence on a daily basis, coaching and assisting teammates to understand risk and operational controls. Additional duties involve developing top talent within the Financial Center, supporting internal career growth by utilizing Individual Development Plans and educating associates on the various Consumer Academy career paths.
