I manage and support 4 different programs funded by USAID and the National Endowment for Democracy. I develop agendas and training materials for numerous trainings, adapting each training for the cultural and political context of the political parties. I also support proposal writing and reviews across teams. For programs I lead, I coordinate and manage all logistical and programmatic tasks, including visas, travel, accommodations, vendor contracts, agendas, budgets, and participant communication. I build and execute the project timelines for multiple concurrent programs. I coordinated political party training for 17 political parties in one country and 8 political parties in another on cross-party collaboration. I also researched and wrote a 48-page guidance document on cross-party collaboration for political parties. I also organize, plan, and execute training for political parties NDI field staff. I organized and led workshop at a large conference with 15 countries represented in South Africa.
