Assist Business Owners and Risk SMEs in the completion of the end-to-end TPRM activities. Prioritize Risk SMEs workload based on business priorities. Articulate engagement and risk to SMEs to ensure appropriate context is provided to assess TP responses. Provide knowledge and guidance on peripheral TPRM policies including Data Classification and Management, Data Privacy, Contracting and Sourcing. Conduct initial Financial Health Solvency assessment using RapidRatings and Dunn & Bradstreet. Drive continuous improvement of TPRM program functions by analyzing process variances, program adoption and feedback.
